Quiste broncogénico cervical subcutáneo en un lactante: Reporte de un caso y revisión de literatura

Resumen

Los quistes broncogénicos son malformaciones particularmente raras, que derivan del mediastino anterior. Su reporte es infrecuente en pediatría y más raro de localización subcutánea en el cuello. Hay reportados 26 casos hasta la actualidad, el diagnóstico es histopatológico y su tratamiento quirúrgico. Presentamos un lactante con una masa subcutánea cervical que fue extirpada, cuyo reporte microscópico reveló un quiste broncogénico.
